Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead hospital-wide staffing decisions and bed management across all units
- Collaborate with charge nurses to ensure smooth operations and patient flow
- Respond promptly to patient concerns and resolve issues with care and professionalism
- Coordinate with administration during critical staffing situations
- Activate cath lab and OR teams during off-hours emergencies
- Serve as the go-to leader ensuring safe, high-quality care throughout the facility
