Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Long-Term Care (LTC) House Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care within a long-term care setting. The House Supervisor will provide leadership, clinical oversight, staff support, and operational coordination across assigned shifts while maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care delivery.
  • Serve as the clinical resource and point of contact for nursing personnel.
  • Manage staffing assignments and assist with staffing adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor resident care activities and ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal resident outcomes.
  • Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional manner.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and shift communications.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts.
Holiday Billing Policy

Holiday pay applies only when the shift begins on the designated holiday. For example:

  • A shift beginning at 11:00 PM on a holiday and ending the following day will be paid at the holiday rate for the entire shift.
  • A shift beginning before the holiday and ending on the holiday will not qualify for holiday pay.
