Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 6 on / 8 off rotation, Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, typically 3x12-hour nights per week; includes every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday (weekend coverage)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing care across units, ensuring safe patient flow and high-quality care
- Lead bed management and facility diversion activities to optimize admissions and transfers
- Manage codes and rapid response efforts, coordinating teams under pressure
- Oversee charting and documentation in Epic to maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners (RT, PT, pharmacy, radiology, etc.) to ensure seamless care
- Coach and mentor staff, providing guidance on infection control, isolation procedures and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate new admissions, post-op/post-procedure care and transfers to higher levels of care
