- Weekly Pay: $2680 to $2880
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in home or facility settings
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and symptom management
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor pain management and patient comfort levels
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Support families emotionally during end-of-life care journeys
Requirements
- Active RN License in California
- Minimum 2 years of Hospice RN experience
- BLS Certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively
- Compassionate bedside manner with excellent patient care skills
