Job Details

- Weekly Pay: $2650 to $2850
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in home or facility settings
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, pain management, and symptom control treatments
- Educate patients and families regarding hospice care and disease progression
- Offer emotional support and compassionate end-of-life care
- Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life throughout care
Requirements
- Active RN License in California
- Minimum 2 years of Hospice or palliative care nursing experience
- BLS Certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and pain management skills
- Excellent communication and emotional support abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage patient schedules effectively
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
