Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day is 5-8. Handles patient care visits, documentation, and travel efficiently. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits. Schedule allows for variability in weekend requirements depending on location. Is required to be on-call for back-up support twice a week. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the designated care center. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each appointment. There are no guaranteed hours, but the clinician must hit weekly productivity points. Participants may have the opportunity to float to other clinics if necessary.
