Administer medications and interventions per physician orders. Continuously assess patient needs to ensure a dignified, comfortable end-of-life experience. Provide guidance and oversight to non-unionized CNAs to ensure quality personal care. Delegate appropriate nursing support tasks while ensuring safety and compassion. Monitor documentation for accuracy and completeness. Offer real-time feedback and mentorship in a respectful, team-oriented environment. Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds. Contribute to care planning, symptom management strategies, and family education. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
