Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Pay: $3,486.80 per week

Shifts: M-F 0800-1700, flexible schedule M-F or Tues-Sat

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Facilitate provider communication
  • Manage disease conditions
  • Troubleshoot pleurx drains, nephrostomy tubes, and other medical devices
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Providers, and Social Workers

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
