Need in office quality coordinator to process referrals for Home Health and Hospice patients
Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, Home Health Experience: 1 year RN-CA SSN Required DOB Required
Quality Coordinator experience
Preferred Qualifications Quality Coordinator experience with HH and HOS patients
