Experience: 2 years of experience
- Must have 1 year of recent home health experience
- Must have HCHB and Oasis experience - client does not have the capacity to train
Productivity expectations: 6 patients a day, they will load them with patients the night before, and they will make calls to schedule the appointments
- 25-30 point expectation
Geriatric population
Mileage will be reimbursed

Weekly Gross: $2,951/wk Weekly Stipend: $1,631/wk MUST HAVE Homecare Homebase Experience Must have 1 full year of Home Health experience
