- Weekly Pay: $2800 to $3000
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home health settings
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families regarding disease management and home care
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care during home visits
Requirements
- Active RN License in California
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health nursing experience
- BLS Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage patient schedules effectively
