Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 18 months home health experience required; 2-5 years med-surg experience preferred. License: Current active nursing license required. Certifications: Current BLS certification required. Must-Have: Current home health experience required. Previous hospice experience preferred. Self-directed and able to work without direct supervision. Ability to demonstrate flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume and schedule. Ability to function in any home situation regardless of patient background. Disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and staff. Proficient in English communication (speaking, writing, reading). Computer proficiency in electronic medical records. Valid driver's license and certificate of auto insurance coverage required. Description: As a registered nurse, you will create a tailored plan of care for home health and hospice patients. You will have the opportunity to care for patients at all stages of life in their own homes. Our registered nurses possess a large skill set that grows immensely in the home care setting. You will be an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. You will maintain a high level of autonomy and work to the top of your license.
