Location: Providence, RI

Pay: $2,599.20 weekly

Shifts: M-F 8-5, one weekend required 8-5

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Home Health to join a reputable team in Providence, RI. This contract role offers an engaging work environment where the Registered Nurse will focus on health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management, ensuring quality care and support within the community.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing support for individuals
  • Collaborating with health professionals/providers in health programs and services
  • Coordinating communications concerning health and safety supports
  • Managing medication ordering, reviewing, monitoring, and disposal
  • Documenting health status and progress reports accurately
  • Supervising licensed practical/vocational nurses and training unlicensed staff
  • Scheduling and completing health-related appointments
  • Providing training for health and safety related topics for new and current employees

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Valid RN license
  • A minimum of 30 points in Benchmark Requirement
  • Oasis and HCHB experience
  • Prior home care experience
