Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel

Location: York, PA

Pay: $2,546.40 weekly

Shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 8:00am to 6:00pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Home Health for a travel contract position. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional care across York and Lancaster counties, working onsite and covering hospice and healthcare services in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in community settings.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate programs with other health professionals/providers.
  • Coordinate communication and actions for health and safety supports.
  • Manage medications including ordering, reviewing, and discontinuation as prescribed.
  • Document individuals' health status and maintain nursing records.
  • Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses and other staff.
  • Schedule and respond to health-related findings from appointments.
  • Provide training on health and safety topics to new and existing staff.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • PA RN License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid Car Insurance
  • Valid BLS CPR
  • Experience in Hospice and HCHB
  • Productivity benchmark of 6 to 8 visits per day
