Provides comprehensive initial assessments to all clients and on subsequent visits continually assesses Physical, Psychosocial, Environmental and community resources available utilizing the principles of growth and development over the life span. Assesses educational needs of patient, families, caregivers and implements appropriate teaching strategies.
