Location: Lancaster/Lebanon/Eastern York Counties, PA

Pay: $2,526.40 weekly

Shifts: 40 hrs, 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday, every 4th weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Home Health to join their team on a travel assignment covering Lancaster, Lebanon, and Eastern York Counties. As a travel nurse, you will bring your clinical expertise to a dynamic work environment, providing vital care to diverse patient populations, including potential COVID patients. Working in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility, this role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care within these communities.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Perform adult home health assessments, including admissions and discharges
  • Manage patient care plans, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Conduct pain and medication assessments and management, including PCA pump management
  • Provide wound care and utilize infection control precautions
  • Administer medications via various routes including intradermal, intramuscular, and intravenous infusions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and social services

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • 2 years minimum experience in a relevant setting
  • ASN or BSN; BLS certification required
  • OASIS experience required
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with exemptions allowed
  • EPIC charting system experience preferred
