Pay: $2,526.40 weekly

Shifts: 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday, every 4th weekend

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
  • Perform admission assessments and manage adult home health cases
  • Coordinate services and document clinical assessments
  • Manage routine visits, start of care, and significant changes in condition
  • Administer medications and manage IV infusions
  • Care for tracheostomy and wound management, including Wound V.A.C.
  • Implement infection control precautions
  • Caring for COVID-19 patients as necessary

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • ASN or BSN degree required
  • Active BLS certification
  • Experience with OASIS and Epic Charting System
  • Previous Charge experience required
