Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel

Location: Adams and Franklin Counties, PA

Pay: $2,526.40 weekly

Shifts: 40 hrs, 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday, every 4th weekend

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Perform admission assessments and clinical assessments
  • Coordinate services and manage patient care plans
  • Administer medications and manage medical equipment
  • Provide wound care and manage pressure ulcers
  • Conduct discharge and recertification assessments
  • Coordinate care for COVID patients and ensure infection control

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
  • ASN or BSN; BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of home health nursing experience
  • Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
  • Previous charge experience required
  • Travel nursing experience necessary
