Yes Will you accept a first-time traveler? Only if they have Home Health Experience Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: S/P orthopedic surgeries, Wound care, Chronic/Acute CHF and COPD, s/p cardiac surgeries, genitourinary, IV antibiotic teaching/central line care, med pre-fills, lab draws Patient Ratios: Case Manager averages 25 to 30 patients
