Location: Albemarle, NC

Pay: $2,434.00 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for a travel contract role in Albemarle, NC. This role involves providing nursing care in community and small facility settings within Stanly, parts of Davidson, and Montgomery counties. Nurses will travel between locations and receive mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
  • Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in community or small facility settings
  • Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines as it relates to health and safety supports
  • Ensure medication administration, review, and documentation as prescribed by the physician
  • Complete and maintain nursing documentation and records
  • Supervise and direct licensed practical/vocational nurses and unlicensed staff
  • Provide training and recertification on health and safety related topics

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
  • Current RN License
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • CPR/BLS certification (onsite training only)
  • HCHB and OASIS experience required
  • Home Health and wound care experience required (certification not needed)
  • IV fusion and PICC care experience
