Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health & Hospice assignment in Dickinson, ND. This role involves providing personalized, patient-centered care across a variety of settings, including private homes and nursing facilities.
Position Details- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-Call: Evenings, weekends & holidays (24-hour call on weekends/holidays)
- Contract Type: Travel Assignment
- Service Area: Up to 60-mile radius around Dickinson
Key Responsibilities- Perform initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Conduct ongoing evaluations and adjust care based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Coordinate care and act as Case Manager when assigned
- Communicate patient status and updates with physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate equipment, services, and discharge planning
- Supervise and guide Home Health Aides
Patient Population- Home Health & Hospice patients
- Adults, geriatrics, and occasional pediatrics
Requirements- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
- Home Health & Hospice experience (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting
Clinical & System Details- EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
- Mileage is included in the pay package (not reimbursed separately)
Additional Information- Weekend Requirement: On-call rotation

- Radius Rule: 50 miles (restrictions apply)
- Candidates must not have worked with affiliated facilities within the past year
- RTO must be submitted upfront (no additional requests accepted later)
