Description:
Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5 PM to 8 AM and that weekend.
Night visits are not made from this office.
Home health experience is required for the Franklin/Macon County area.
Experience in patient care within home health and hospice is essential.
A reliable vehicle is necessary for patient visits.
Uniforms required: Nursing must wear navy blue or navy/white scrubs; therapy must wear business casual attire.
Patient ratios are 5-6 patients per day.
Documentation will be handled through the designated system.
Home health/hospice experience is preferred for all nursing positions.
This position is expected to follow unit-specific guidelines and policies.
