Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Adult Home Health and Home Infusion License: Valid State License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Epic charting system experience required Description: 13 weeks, 5 days per week. Shifts are from 08:00 to 17:00. No call or weekends are required. Previous experience in adult home health and home infusion is necessary. Mileage can be billed at the federal mileage rate. Ability to work weekends is a plus. BLS certification is required. Epic charting experience is mandatory. This position allows for 40 hours of requested time off. Traveler experience is required. Candidates must have experience with the following skills: Admission assessment. Blood glucose management. Care and management of peripheral IVs, central lines, and ports. Case management. Cast, brace, and immobilizer device care. Chest tube management. Clinical assessment documentation. Colostomy and ileostomy management. Coordination of services. Discharge planning and management.
