Pay: $2,274.00 weekly

Shifts: Weekdays M-F 8a-5p

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Lincolnton, NC. This role requires working within a home health setting, visiting patients across several counties and providing essential care and management.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Provide care for patients aged 18+ including wound care, catheter insertion, and IV infusions
  • Travel to patient homes across designated areas and manage daily schedules
  • Utilize EMR systems such as HCHB for charting and documentation
  • Coordinate with peers, leadership, and case management teams
  • Practice infection control and critical thinking skills effectively

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1-year Home Health experience
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
  • Ability to drive at night
