Shifts: Variable, 13-week cycle

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN specializing in Home Health to join a dynamic team based in Albemarle, NC. This travel assignment allows you to work across multiple locations, providing vital home health services to patients with chronic diseases, wound care needs, and more. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Complete 6 visits per day, including routine visits, discharges, recertifications, and reassessments
  • Provide exceptional care to patients with chronic diseases, utilizing skills in wound care, IV, pleurx, and wound vac management
  • Successfully manage up to 25-30 patient cases, including disease teaching and OASIS assessment
  • Schedule visits with patients in advance and adapt to a flexible travel routine

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software
