Job Title: Home Health RN

Description:
We have a need for a Home Health RN who will be responsible for the care of patients in their homes.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
This position involves being in the call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays at a ratio of one in four.
Scheduled shifts are during the day, Monday through Friday.
We are open to offering a full-time schedule with guaranteed hours.
