Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for a contract assignment based in Salisbury, MD. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on health maintenance and disease prevention, while providing case management to the community.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
  • Observe, assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing support for individuals in the community
  • Work closely with other health professionals/providers to plan and evaluate programs and services
  • Coordinate health and safety related communications across disciplines
  • Ensure proper medication management, including ordering, reviewing, and monitoring
  • Transcribe physician phone orders and related medical reports
  • Maintain and update various nursing documents as required
  • Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses
  • Provide training to new employees and unlicensed staff

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
  • Valid RN License
  • Experience with Home Health, HCHB, and OASIS
  • On call availability as part of a five-week rotation
