Pay: $2,208.40 per week

Shifts: 8a-5p, Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call every third weekend

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals with varying health conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate health programs.
  • Coordinate communications and actions to support health and safety protocols.
  • Manage medications and ensure compliance with related policies.
  • Report client health status changes to physicians and document accordingly.
  • Maintain nursing documentation and supervise care teams as required.
  • Facilitate training for new and existing staff on health and safety topics.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • MD license or compact license
  • Experience with HCHB, OASIS, PICC lines; Woundvac experience a plus
  • Ability to meet productivity requirement of 30 points per week
