Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or a current temporary/interim license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting or similar healthcare environment; proven clinical performance competencies as demonstrated through annual validations
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing; professional certification relevant to home healthcare; additional education or experience in home health nursing desired
- Additional Information: Candidates will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a home setting, evaluating patient responses, documenting care activities accurately, and collaborating with patients and families to develop individualized care plans. The role may include supervision of subordinate personnel and participation in quality improvement activities.
