Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel

Location: Lincolnton, North Carolina

Pay: $2,122.40 weekly

Shifts: Weekdays M-F 8a-5p

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for a Home Health travel assignment in Lincolnton, North Carolina. This role involves providing in-home care to a diverse range of adult patients, with a focus on conditions such as wound care, catheter management, and chronic disease management. As a travel RN, you will be working closely with a supportive team including leadership, LPNs, CNAs, and case management, traversing various communities within the specified counties.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Provide in-home care to patients aged 18 and over
  • Perform and document wound care, IV therapy, catheter insertion, and maintenance
  • Manage chronic diseases through medication and disease management strategies
  • Schedule appointments with patients the day prior to visits
  • Travel to patient locations as required within designated areas

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
  • BLS certification
  • 1 year of Home Health experience
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required
  • Flexibility to drive at night if needed
