Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Albemarle, North Carolina. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients with chronic diseases, wound care, and other conditions. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Complete six visits a day including routine visits, discharges, and assessments
  • Travel throughout designated areas including Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, and beyond
  • Oversee episode management for up to 25-30 patients
  • Provide care in patient's homes and manage cases involving IV, pleurx, wound vac, and chronic disease teaching
  • Utilize Homecare Homebase for documentation and care planning

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • 1 year Home Health experience
  • Current Driver's License and proof of Insurance
  • BLS certification
  • Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
