Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel

Location: Shelby, NC

Pay: $2,046.60 weekly

Shifts: (4) 10-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) or Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health travel assignment in Shelby, NC. The role specializes in providing home health services within Cleveland, Gaston, and Rutherford Counties. The ideal candidate must be ready to start ASAP and work either the primary (4) 10-hour shifts or the standard weekday shift in a dynamic home health environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Manage patient caseload and conduct 6-7 weighted unit visits daily
  • Perform 2 admissions per day, with admissions weighted at 2.40 units each
  • Provide wound care, manage wound vacs, and perform catheter care
  • Administer IVs (peripheral and PICCs/Ports) and manage medication/disease
  • Utilize Homecare Homebase charting and ensure infection control practices
  • Perform critical thinking in patient assessments and interventions

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
  • Valid RN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase charting
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to drive at night
