Home Health RN Traveler
Location: Albemarle, NC 28001
Shift: 8hr Day (0800-1700), 40 hrs/week
1+ year Home Health experience (first-time travelers OK if Home Health-seasoned).
NC RN license (compact OK), Driver's License + auto insurance proof, BLS.
Must-Have Skills: HCHB (Homecare Homebase), IV, PleurX, wound vac, wound care, OASIS, assessments, disease teaching, case management (25-30 patients).
Permanent address 50+ miles from facility.
Patients: Chronic conditions, wounds, IVs; 6 visits/day (routine, discharge, ROC, etc.); 30 VE/week.
Travel: 60-80 miles/day avg. (reimbursed weekly) across Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt. Gilead, Norwood, Troy areas. No company car.
Tech: HCHB (required), EPIC Rover (view-only), Focura, Samsung Note 9 (provided).
No required weekends/on-call (optional).
75% holidays.
RTO: Manager approval; 13-week cycles.
Orientation: 5 days + NEO.
Team: Leadership, scheduler, manager, supervisor, peers. Navy scrubs, free parking.
