Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
Provide direct patient care in a home setting, attending fully to patient needs
Utilize Epic for documentation and coordination of care
Deliver critical and high-quality care using evidence-based practices
Apply strong critical thinking in fast-paced environments
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or equivalent)
TNCC or ATCN certification (or equivalent within specified timeframe)
At least 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department preferred
Epic experience required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Ability to work nights and respond to emergencies decisively
