Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $55–$60 per hour
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned nursing unit
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and CNAs
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical standards
- Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in a Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Leadership role preferred
