Performs related duties as assigned. Has basic dysrhythmia knowledge. Good communication skills are essential. Ability to work closely with physicians and other staff. Skills to work with delicate instruments are required. Meets unit-specific physical demands. Able to work different schedules, shifts, and days of the week. Must be able to lift, push, and move heavy equipment. Experience working with fluoroscopy is necessary. Physical demands include pushing, pulling, gripping, and pinching. Low positioned work such as kneeling, crouching, and crawling may be required. Uses various medical equipment including video/fiberoptic systems and monitoring devices. The facility may have recognitions related to patient care and safety. Local attractions include parks, museums, and cultural sites. Please note that this is a fast-paced and teamwork-driven environment. Scrubs in black or provided surgical scrubs are the dress code. Any unacceptable attire includes anything other than the specified scrubs.
