Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule (84 hours biweekly with 72-hour guarantee) | 12-hour shifts (11:00 AM–11:00 PM or 12:00 PM–12:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using electronic health record systems
- Participate in orientation modules as scheduled during onboarding
Required Qualifications- Active RN license in hand prior to start date
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience; experience in a high-volume or trauma facility required for candidates with fewer than 3 years of experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
- Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (local candidates not accepted)
- SSN and RTO required at time of submission
- Must be available to complete required compliance lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records preferred
