Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Level I Trauma Center Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and manage a diverse patient population including trauma and critical care cases
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses in a fast-paced ED environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- May assume care of overflow inpatient holds in the ED on a rotating basis with other staff
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona (no disciplinary actions on license)
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room RN experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
- Active NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a 500+ bed hospital setting
- Familiarity with high-acuity trauma and teaching hospital environments
