Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting throughout a 12-hour night shift
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Respond to emergent and critical situations with clinical competency and sound judgment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Compliance with all travel nursing onboarding and credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Familiarity with high-volume or trauma-level emergency care environments
- TNCC or CEN certification
