Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during overnight shifts
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the treating physician
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact licensure eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- Experience with emergency triage systems and high-acuity patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
