Key Responsibilities- Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient outcomes and comfort
- Provide emergency nursing care within a Level 3 Trauma Center environment
- Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality emergency care delivery
Required Qualifications- Current Arkansas RN licensure (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a Level 3 Trauma Center setting
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Experience with high-acuity and critical emergency patient populations
