Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma in Rochester, NY

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Level 3)

Contract | 36–48 Hours per Week | Rotating Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights) | Onsite | Weekends, Holidays, On-Call, and Callback Required

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced Adult Emergency Department managing more than 100,000 visits annually
• Deliver nursing care to a diverse patient population within a Level I Trauma Center environment
• Assist with boarder patient management as needed
• Float across unit areas and assume charge responsibilities based on unit needs
• Perform telemetry monitoring and respond to changes in patient condition

• Active New York State RN License (NY license required)
• Minimum of two (2) years of Emergency Department experience
• Previous travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting required
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• NIHSS certification

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity, high-volume emergency environment
