Registered Nurse – Outpatient Urology Clinic

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00) | Onsite | No weekends, no on-call
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient urology clinic setting
- Manage a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 6–8 patients in a fast-paced environment
- Perform catheter care and related urology-specific clinical procedures
- Maintain efficient patient throughput consistent with outpatient ambulatory workflows
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe and timely patient care delivery
Required Qualifications- Active Washington State RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Urology clinical background required
- Recent hands-on experience with catheter insertion and management
- Prior outpatient clinic experience required
- Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Travel nursing experience required (seasoned traveler)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Background in Emergency Room, pre/post-operative care, day surgery, or ambulatory settings
- Home health nursing experience
