Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Variable Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Work 12-hour variable shifts with rotating weekend and holiday coverage
- Float to additional local facilities as needed, including prescheduled float assignments
- Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC
- Be available for on-call assignments; call-back minimum is 2 hours
Required Qualifications- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
- Experience floating across multiple units or facilities
