Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of current Emergency Room experience (within the past 6 months)
- Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Active ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Active PALS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
- Familiarity with high-acuity emergency department workflows in a teaching hospital environment
