Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop and execute patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- ACLS and/or TNCC certification
- Experience with emergency department triage protocols
