Schedule / Job TypeContract | Mid Shift (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call time)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective treatment
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate clinical interventions
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid temporary MA RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in high-acuity environments
