Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call time)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid Massachusetts temporary license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergency care environments
