Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
- Accurately interpret and respond to 12-lead EKG and dysrhythmia findings
- Document all patient care activities using Epic electronic health records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Adapt effectively to a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and resilience
Required Qualifications- Active Indiana RN license or valid Compact State RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NIHSS certifications
- Demonstrated proficiency with Epic EMR within the last year
- Must successfully pass a 12-lead EKG and Dysrhythmia exam prior to placement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a Level II Trauma center environment
- Pediatric emergency nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, social work environment
