Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a freestanding emergency department setting during overnight shifts
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a range of emergency conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical findings in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Tennessee or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency department nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a freestanding emergency department environment
- Experience as a travel nurse with the ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings
- TNCC or CEN certification preferred
